PoNETkbd48CNC v2 is watterproof rugged CNC keyboard
Well enginered water and dustproof CNC keyboard with 48 keys and CAN bus as well as I2C communication. On the front there is scratchproof and watterproof surface. Furthermore rugged aluminium frame is supporting complete construction.
The version 2 comes with improved robustness to electrical noise for even more reliable operation of the machine and support for longer connection cables – we added CAN bus communication which is accessible on our devices for more reliable operation.
Each key has a LEDs for signaling. Moreover LEDs functions are configurable. Special Power is signaling correct supply voltage. Moreover Status LED is signaling status of the keyboard. Light sensor is constantly measuring environment light and can regulate luminousity of the LEDs. Hard anodized aluminium frame brings great mechanical stability. Mounting screws are available from the back side. Thus mounting holes are invisible when keyboard is mounted.
Connection to all PoKeys57 series devices with PoNET interface is possible but CAN bus is preferable since it ensures signal integrity and imunity to noises. When using PoKeys with USB connection, PoNETkbd48CNC can also emulate a standard USB keyboard.
Beside that Mach3 and Mach4 PoKeys plugins are supporting functions of the PoNETkbd48 directly.
