Description
We have developed linear axis (linear actuator) for use in industrial and laboratory positioning systems. It offers great performance with repeatable positioning from integrated IR limit switch at the end of the travel for homing.
We regularly use it for our Linitester series of custom developed test equipment for circuit boards. Test head can be mounted on the table of the linear axis actuator unit and test PCB positioned at the bottom of the travel. That way POGO pins repeatably connect to PCB for programming, testing and debugging.
The linear axis has following characteristics:
- 140mm of travel,
- 230mm height (without motor),
- NEMA 17 stepper motor,
- integrated IR NPN limit switch,
- long or short bed option,
- 4mm of travel per revolution of the motor,
- M6 mounting holes from the bottom,
- 30×60 main body profile for U8 size T-nuts.
